I have a strong background in compliance, operations and business processing.  Having spent over 15 years in various management positions, I have gained the following skills:-

  • Client file reviews for compliance matters, ensuring that we don't get in trouble with the client, HMRC or the regulating accountancy bodies.
  • Managing operations and structures to ensure that workflow is running smoothly and work is being completed in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
  • Designing process and procedures to increase automation, improve efficiency and reduce risks.


I am proud to say that I already maintain an on-going, long term relationship, in terms of client file reviews and compliance, with probably the best accountancy practice in the South West.  This relationship has proved to be very beneficial to both myself and the practice involved.
